The variation between all of the pictures is awesome. All the forms and subjects vary from photo to photo. I think you strongest photograph is the eighth image. The contrast between the glassy water and the rough texture of the manhole cover is very cool and makes for an interesting photograph.
The bottom right photo has a great sense of texture. It reminds me of looking at certain features of the land from a plane. This one is more successful for this assignment because it is non-objective and we as the viewer are more encouraged to contemplate what we are looking at.
All of your images are really well framed and tightly cropped fulfilling the assignment and creating really strong compositions. Photos three, seven, eight, nine, and ten have a nice level of high contrast that visually draws me to them.
I like that these seem to have been taken from the same, or at least similar, view point. It creates cohesion without becoming too repetitive. All of your photos have a strong sense of contrast, and I appreciate the level of detail you captures. It gives them a gritty quality that's really interesting. I think the sixth and tenth photos are especially successful within the context of the assignment as they're so nondescript.
