There's good variation in the way you took these photos. It feels like there's a nice balance between the very tight, close photographs and the photos that are pulled back with a little more breathing room. Compositionally, I think your fourth photo is the most successful. But they all work well as a group; they kind of give me a kid exploring their backyard vibe.
The radial composition of photo 7 was well done, the way you framed the photo around the center of the pine cone. I find photo 9 to be my personal favorite, I like the repetition of the spiral form.
Your compositions are strong and invite the eye to move through them. Photos 8 and 9 do this well. I think photos 4, 6, and 9 get a good variety of value that you should continue to push in future assignments.
I feel like through out all your images you were able to discover different textures that contrast with forms. For instance your first photo has the long lines that seem to flow from the photograph and then layered on top is the fuzzy texture.
I love that you focused on nature in each image, giving this series a nice consistency. I think the fifth photo is your strongest due to the strong sense of texture (lines) and contrast (very dark and light spots).
